1)Acute myeloid leukemia: Whether be used alone or in combination with other antineoplastic drugs, daunorubicin is indicated for the treatment of various tumor staging of acute myeloid leukemia; it is also indicated for the treatment of promyelocytic leukemia.
2)Acute lymphocytic leukemia: Although daunorubicin has a high remission rate for the treatment of acute lymphocytic leukemia, but because of its serious side effects and there are other effective therapeutic methods available, daunorubicin is only applied to those cases that have become resistant to other drugs. Co-administration of daunorubicin hydrochloride with prednisone and vincristine has been proven to be very successful in the acute phase of acute lymphocytic leukemia.
3)Other tumors: Daunorubicin showed a good effect on the treatment of neuroblastoma and rhabdomyosarcoma.
